FG Gold, from its inception, has always been a company that strive to put community and its cherished member front and centre of all progression. This has revealed itself in the unrolling of community aid initiatives and corporate social responsibility activities.

Though it has just recently tendered its application to mine in the area, the company took it upon itself to start community impact projects before required start dates, in order to provide fundamental education to a community that has shown immense potential for growth of human capital.

The establishment of a primary school within the community to serve its key stakeholders is a truly commendable effort by the management and board of FG Gold. The school was commissioned on the 11th of April 2022, and graced with the esteemed presence of the country’s president, His Excellency, Julius Maada Bio.

FG Gold vows to continue this path of community outreach and enrichment with the assurance of delivering greater and more impactful projects in the immediate future.
